I had a second biofeedback session with Alana today. Again I was very impressed with her knowledge of what was going on in my body and the best ways to deal with these issues. I went with specific issues and she was able to zero in on those areas and alleviate my concerns and offer some therapies that will help improve my health in these areas. I am very appreciative that this service is available as I am trying to stay as healthy as I can by using all health care avenues that are available. I will certainly continue to use these biofeedback sessions with Alana to help maintain my overall good health. I would encourage anyone looking to improve their health to try these sessions. Today was my third Biofeedback session with Allana. These sessions, whether a few times a year, or on an as needed basis, are very informative and helpful when endeavoring to maintain good health in today's environment. One receives a complete organ by organ health report, along with several areas of sensitivity information, and much more. Just what is needed to be able to make informed lifestyle choices regarding vitamins, supplements, foods to avoid, and of course when one might want to have further concersations with one's health practitioner.
